Full coordination and design is best for couples who need assistance with every step of the process. This includes researching and booking vendors, assistance with design, layout, budgeting, and more. Couples can be as involved as they’d like and have full access to their planner from day 1. Partial Coordination
Partial coordination begins with a referral list from your planner based on your unique style and budget. Once vendors have been booked and an initial design has been chosen by the couple, a Brent Events planner steps in and assists with all remaining aspects of wedding planning. This includes timeline creation and coordination, seating chart and layout assistance, design sourcing, and more. Partial coordination also includes ceremony rehearsal and day-of services. Day-Of Coordination
Day-of coordination services are included in both full and partial coordination. A Brent Events planner assists with ceremony rehearsal, and at least two planners are onsite the day of the wedding to ensure everything runs smoothly. We help with set up of all details, coordination of timeline with vendors, and handle any last-minute issues that may arise. We are the point person for the day, allowing you to be in the moment.
